In order to provide you with the best room for your
classes, your students and you, we need some information. The more precisely
you provide these, the more we can help you.
After submitting the data sheet, we will try to answer you
as quickly as possible, but in the case of urgent bookings, we advise you to
contact us by phone for faster administration.
Once all the details have been discussed, we will send you
a confirmation email about finalizing the reservation.
Conditions for reorganizing and canceling the reservation
The reservation can be canceled or modified free of charge up to
14 calendar days before the rental date. In this case, we will help
you find another date or room.
If the cancellation takes place within 14 days, but at least 7 days,
before the rental date, 50% of the total reservation fee is payable
as a cancellation fee, or the date can be rescheduled free of charge.
The new date can no longer be canceled or modified.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the rental date,
unfortunately we have to charge the full rental fee, as we are
usually unable to re-let the room on such short notice.
